Process Assistant, Operations

Description

We’re seeking for an experienced Process Assistant to join the team at our Jandakot Fulfillment Center for a position on the Night shift from 5:15pm - 3:15am.

The Process Assistants will support the Area Manager, and will hold responsibilities in one of the following process areas within the Fulfillment Center Operations: Receive, stow, pick, pack or ship. You'll have the opportunity to continuously improve the efficiency of delivery processes, ensuring that customer orders are delivered as quickly, accurately, and cost-effectively as possible.

Key Job Responsibilities:
- Support and work in all departments as required
- Helping support daily management of department duties, including allocating labor, leading meetings, assigning job duties etc
- Providing coverage for Area Managers
- Providing policy follow-up, attendance tracking (duties do not extend to discipline)
