• Over - years of experience in process optimization and transformation and digital transformation.
• Experience in Business process requirement gathering, analysis and design of target state
• Extensive experience planning and deploying both business and IT initiatives
• Experience in implementing industry standards framework and notation like APQC, TOGAF, BIZBOK, BPMN , ArchiMate
• Good knowledge of Business Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, EAM ecosystem and integration.
• Experience in process modeling tools such as ARIS / Signavio / Bizzdesign/ Adonis/ MS Visio etc.
• Experience in defining process standards, frameworks, metamodel definition
• Experience in leading process transformation engagement and various stakeholders' management
• Experience in document, analyze and assess major functional solution building blocks ( business process, data, control flow components) and their interfaces...
