What you’ll do

• Assistprocess owners to develop / finalize their standard operating plans.-Completion Q3 2023
• Operations performance monitoring and compliance to set standards-Start Q3 2023
• Organize / Spearhead weekly and/or monthly meeting with Operations to review their performance-Start Q3 2023
• Perform regular, periodic process audit to ensure all processess are aligned with the set standards.-Start Q3 2023
• Submission of progress report on new and existing projects-weekly report
• Provide technical support to come up with solutions, corrective actions to client issues-As needed
