Process Analyst – Treasury Payment Solutions (BMO) JR‑Level | Operations‑Focused | Manual Systems Environment Summary

The Process Analyst supports Treasury Payment Solutions by reviewing, mapping, and validating operational processes across highly manual, legacy environments. This role focuses on ensuring client accounts are mapped correctly, documentation is accurate, billing is aligned to product usage, and operational workflows are standardized through SOP development. The analyst will also contribute to two additional operational initiatives tied to process improvement and data quality. This position is ideal for someone with strong operational instincts, comfort working in manual systems, and the ability to learn multiple technologies quickly while applying analytical thinking to day‑to‑day processes.
