Process Analyst

Role Summary
The Process Analyst is responsible
for analyzing, documenting, and improving end-to-end organizational processes.
This role focuses on identifying inefficiencies, conducting root cause
analysis, and partnering with cross-functional teams to design scalable,
optimized workflows. The Process Analyst plays a critical role in process
governance, performance monitoring, and supporting automation initiatives.
Core Responsibilities
Map and document all organizational processes, including as-is and to-be states.
Conduct root cause analysis to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and process gaps.
Develop and recommend workflow improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to capture business requirements and operational needs.
Monitor process performance, define KPIs, and generate actionable insights and reports.
