Key Responsibilities:
• Document current-state business processes and workflows effectively
• Develop standard operating procedures and playbooks
• Create comprehensive “day-in-the-life” process documentation
• Map workflows and determine intake sources
• Engage with commercial teams to ensure alignment
Requirements:
• Strong proficiency in Visio is required
