About the Role
Role Overview
We are hiring three (3) Problem Managers to own Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and post‑incident postmortems for production incidents in a global FinTech environment.
This is a non‑technical, individual contributor role focused on analysis, documentation, coordination, and communication — not hands‑on troubleshooting. You will partner with global technology and business teams to ensure incidents are thoroughly reviewed, root causes are clearly documented, and preventive actions are tracked to closure.
Ideal for candidates from IT Operations, Service Desk, BPO, or Service Delivery backgrounds who excel at structured analysis and stakeholder communication.
