We are seeking a midlevel Private Equity associate. This position is open to our Charleston, Charlotte, Pittsburgh and Raleigh offices. The ideal candidate will have four to six years of private equity experience, including the corporate aspects of acquisitions, dispositions, and day-to-day operations involving Private Equity portfolio companies. A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree is required. The successful candidate will work with a variety of national and international clients, as well as with K&L Gates lawyers across the firm's global platform.
