Private Equity / Growth Equity — Expert AI Trainer

About this role:

You will help build AI training data that captures how private equity and growth equity professionals evaluate investments, value companies, structure transactions, manage portfolio companies, and drive returns across the full investment lifecycle from sourcing to exit.

What we're looking for:

• 3–7 years of private equity or growth equity experience at a megafund or upper-middle market fund (e.g., Blackstone, KKR, Carlyle, Apollo, TPG, Warburg Pincus, Advent International, CVC Capital Partners, Thoma Bravo, Vista Equity, Silver Lake, Hellman & Friedman, Providence Equity, EQT, TA Associates,, Summit Partners, General Atlantic)
• Associate, VP, or Principal level; industry agnostic
• Strong LBO and/or growth equity modeling skills; deep familiarity with deal structuring, leverage, and return attribution
