About the Role

Description:
 : Our client is an expanding listed investment firm. To cope with their expansion, they are now looking for potential incumbent with attractive package for the captioned opening.
Monitor the private equity deals and perform strategic M&A and direct investments of principal capital activities
Analyse, structure and execute the potential investment, ideally focusing in the sectors of financial services, healthcare and consumer/retail
 Requirement: : 5+ years' solid relevant experience in dealing with Private Equity
Detail-minded, initiative, able to work under pressure and independently
Good in both written and spoken Chinese and English
