Private Cloud Operations Engineer

Location: Jalan Pinang, Kuala Lumpur

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Hours / Shift: 7×24 rotational shift support (primarily serving clients in China and Southeast Asia initially, with potential expansion to Europe and America clients later)

Language Requirement: Proficient in Chinese (Mandarin) for client communication; English is an advantage

Job Responsibilities

• Provide after-sales operation and maintenance support for private cloud products, covering routine service inspections, emergency fault handling, resource expansion, version updates, and related activities.
• Effectively manage customer issues, continuously monitor stability risks and potential problems, maintain stable operation of customer environments, and contribute to product improvements and optimizations.
