£30,000 – £40,000 Dependent on Experience

An established law firm in Derbyshire is seeking an experienced Private Client Fee Earner to join its growing team. This opportunity is ideal for a qualified legal executive or solicitor who is confident managing their own caseload.

Private Client Fee EarnerResponsibilities:

  • Draft and advise on Wills, Trusts, and Powers of Attorney.
  • Manage estate administration and Probate applications.
  • Advise on inheritance tax and estate planning.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.

    • The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • 2+ years PQE in Private Client law.
  • Must be a driver – home visits will be involved.
  • Experience with LEAP software (desirable).
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
