Job description

Key Responsibilities: 

Oversee Rotogravure Printing Operations:
Manage and supervise the operation of MLS (Medium-Line Speed) and ELS (Extra-Line Speed) Rotogravure printing machines during assigned shifts. 

Ensure smooth production processes while meeting quality standards. 

 Shift Management:
Handle shift schedules, ensuring all shifts are properly staffed and that operations are running efficiently and safely. Be available to work in rotating shifts as required. 

 Production Record Maintenance:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for each shift, including machine settings, production metrics, material consumption, and any issues or downtime that may occur during the printing process. 

 Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution:
Identify and troubleshoot issues in the printing process to minimize downtime and maintain consistent quality. Work ...
