Print Shop Manager

Position Overview:





We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Print Shop Manager to oversee daily operations of our Shanghai facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of large format printing production, ensuring high-quality output, efficient workflow, and timely delivery. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and excellent client communication skills in a fast-paced environment.









Key Responsibilities:





-Oversee daily shop operations, including production scheduling, workflow optimization, and maintenance of printing equipment.





- Supervise and motivate a team of technicians, operators, and support staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.





- Ensure all print outputs meet quality standards, client specifications, and safety regulations.
