Responsibilities

• At Systems level, design, development and integration of mass spectrometry hardware, firmware, software, with an emphasis on GC and LC systems.
• Work closely with electronics, mechanical, firmware, and software design engineers to create integrated chromatography systems.
• Work closely with supplier engineers on the design of specialized components of chromatography systems.
• Assembly and testing of prototype chromatography systems and/or components.
• Development of performance specifications and test procedures for chromatography-based instrument systems.
• Support chromatography applications scientists and applications development.
