Job Description & Requirements
JOB SUMMARY
Generates project budget estimates, updates estimates during the design phases, negotiates all changes to the work during the construction/installation phase, and compiles post-mortem cost summaries of the project. This work is performed with very limited oversight from project controls / estimating leadership and is considered a subject matter expert within the estimating organization.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Develops estimates, negotiates, and settles costs for all changes to the work (including specialty ride & show scopes) throughout the project.
Generates comprehensive initial project budget estimates for new developments including design and construction of all project elements as well as other owner / developer costs (Staff, FF&E, Taxes, etc.).
