About the Role
The Principal Systems & Service Delivery Lead is a senior-tier role responsible for the architectural governance, operational integrity, and end-to-end delivery of our enterprise ecosystem. You will move beyond tactical support to lead high-level value streams, ensuring that specialized hardware and software deployments (including Project TOW) meet a 99.9% Revenue Availability mandate and align with global service standards.

Service Delivery & Value Stream Ownership: Lead the delivery of IT services across the software ecosystem. You will ensure full compliance with strict SLAs and KPIs while optimizing the device lifecycle—from procurement to deployment—to eliminate operational friction.
