mandate and align with global service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Service Delivery & Value Stream Ownership:
  Lead the delivery of IT services across the software ecosystem. You will ensure full compliance with strict SLAs and KPIs while optimizing the device lifecycle—from procurement to deployment—to eliminate operational friction.
