About the Role
Job Description
Wood is recruiting a Principal Structural Engineer with brownfield Oil & Gas experience to support our current modifications portfolio with one of our major UK North Sea clients on contract basis.
The role will be hybrid working and will require a minimum of 3 days per week in Aberdeen Office.
The Role
The modifications portfolio consists of the following types of scopes:
- Concept/Define Studies
- Rolling programme of Flowline & Well Hook-Up Scopes
- Production Enhancement Improvements
- Carbon Reduction Scopes
- Anomalies & Repair Order scopes
Primary focus of the role is to provide structural engineering expertise to the project team. The successful candidate will be an integral member of the structural team, providing design expertise to ensure delivery of projects to tight timescales in accordance with Client expectations.
