Principal Software Engineer(.Net + React )

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Principal Software Engineer (.NET + ) to drive the design, development, and delivery of high-quality, scalable, full-stack solutions. This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you will lead engineering efforts, mentor team members, and collaborate closely with business, operations, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver robust, enterprise-grade applications.You will be responsible not only for writing excellent code but also for setting technical direction, enforcing best practices, and ensuring delivery excellence across the team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the architecture, design, development, testing, and deployment of .NET Core–based applications
Design and develop secure, scalable .NET Web APIs and backend services
Develop and maintain –based frontend applications
Implement and manage state management solutions (e.g., Redux, Redux Toolk...
