Principal Software Engineer

Designs and implements complex functionality and provides frequent guidance and support to other developers. Acts as a subject matter expert in multiple application areas and plays a leadership role on one or more scrum teams. Participates on an agile team to estimate and groom backlog items. Responsible for ensuring that the end product meets minimum quality standards, is fully functional, and user-friendly.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for product owners and external teams.
Responsible for production support.
Serve as the team's scrum master, allowing Expert Software Engineer, Principal QA, or developers to serve in this capacity when appropriate.
Develop and maintain user interface controls, business logic, and SQL Server stored procedures.
Participate on an agile team to estimate and groom backlog items, plan development activities, and improve development processes.
