Principal Secondary School (f/m/d)

The Berlin Metropolitan School (BMS), an international and nationally accredited K-12 school in central Berlin, Germany, seeks an experienced and dynamic educational leader to serve as Secondary School Principal (f/m/d), starting August 1, 2026. The Principal will provide strategic direction for the Secondary School, support and develop its faculty, oversee daily operations, and ensure a consistent and structured transition from Primary to Secondary School. The Principal will work in collaboration with the Senior Leadership Team to develop and implement schoolwide strategic priorities that further the school’s mission and ensure the successful development.
