Qualifications
- Lead end-to-end delivery of major rail and transit infrastructure projects across all phases (planning, design, procurement, construction, handover)
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk, ensuring successful commercial and project outcomes
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships, including government agencies and contractors
- Oversee contract management and procurement strategies (D&C, Alliance, PPP models)
- Lead and develop multidisciplinary project teams, driving performance, collaboration, and safety
- Ensure compliance with rail safety, regulatory, and governance requirements (including ONRSR and Australian standards)
