GateSource HR is partnering with a confidential client looking for a Principal Process Consultant – Mineral Processing to build and lead a high-impact, customer-facing consulting capability across the Americas.

Travel: 1.5–2 weeks per month across the Americas

The Opportunity

This role is ideal for a senior mineral processing professional who thrives in operating plants—working side‑by‑side with operators, diagnosing real performance constraints, and delivering practical, decision‑grade improvement strategies. You will play a key role in shaping a process‑first consulting offering focused on measurable plant performance improvements.
