Principal Presales Solution Architect

What success looks like in this role:

• Lead enterprise discovery and requirements-gathering sessions to understand and design of end-to-end application services solutions (development, modernization, maintenance, AMS, cloud-native apps, legacy transformation, ERP, CRM), operational challenges, and strategic objectives
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and resilient technical architectures.
• Define service models, delivery approaches, SLAs, and non-functional requirements.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and industry best practices.
• Develop detailed solution architecture documents, technical roadmaps, and implementation playbooks that align with customer maturity levels, budgets, and timelines
