Title:
Principal Pipeline Engineer
Overall Summary
A Principal Pipeline Engineer with proven experience in the design and engineering of transportation piping system according to ASME B31.4 and/or ASME B31.8 mainly for cross country pipelines, production pipelines, trunk lines, test lines and flow lines in the Oil & Gas, hydrocarbon and/or infrastructure industries. Minimum 12 years’ experience in Conceptual Designs, FEED, and detailed engineering of revamps, grassroots, and brown-field medium to large scale projects.
Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Lead a team of about up to 10 pipeline engineers and designers
+ Scoping of pipeline projects, including discipline deliverables
+ Develop discipline work plan
+ Develop basis of design documents
+ Estimate work-hours for pipeline and related projects
+ Provide technical support and guidance to the project team, including the Clients
