The Role
You'll play a key role in designing and evolving highly scalable backend services that sit at the heart of the company's product platforms. Working closely with other senior engineers, architects, and product teams, you'll influence technical direction, improve system performance and reliability, and help raise engineering standards across the organisation.
This is a hands-on role with real architectural influence, ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex distributed systems problems while still being close to the code.
