About the Role

Core Job Responsibilities 
Own production layout planning. Develop long term strategic space planning and short-term execution plan
Establish layout plan to support NPI start-up or product transfer
Coordinate and work closely with Operation Team and Facilities Team to execute re-layout activities without any safety issue
Budgetary: Work out budgetary for quarterly and annual planning
Lead and drive project implementation including performing market survey to come out best solution.
Coach junior IE to resolve issues related to layout or budgetary. Provide guidance on capacity analysis or headcount analysis to junior IE.
Introduce industry practice related to layout, capacity and headcount planning for efficiency improvement.
Driving productivity improvement to optimize space utilization or headcount efficiency.
Leverage lean or VSM to eliminate waste or improve process / material flow.
