Overview:

NCR Voyix is seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Strategic Business Partner (HRSBP) to support our Retail and Product organizations across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. Based in Tokyo, this role will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, driving people strategies that enable organizational effectiveness, talent development, and cultural alignment. The ideal candidate will be bi-lingual in Japanese and English, with deep experience in matrixed, global environments and a strong understanding of both local and regional HR practices.
