Responsibilities

• Lead the industrialization, sourcing, development, setup, and qualification of Vision Inspection Systems for new product introductions ensuring process robustness, accuracy, reliability, manufacturability, and seamless integration with production workflows. Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, suppliers, and both local and overseas counterparts to ensure smooth, scalable, and successful system deployment.
