Qualifications
- STL (single thread leader) for integrating hard disk media into new product
- Communicate and manage head configuration, process changes and qualification
- Provide media component spec
- Improve media yield, performance and reliability meeting HDD Dev requirements
- Provide Backend PE support for new product development
- Data analysis from media to HDD during development
- HDD, media yield and reliability monitor
- Manage post LPR major EC
Qualifications
- BS degree or higher in physics, electrical engineering, communication or related discipline.
- Minimum 3+ years in HDD industry experience
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- The ability to clearly communicate and document findings
- Programming experience, preferably SAS, Python language
- Willingness to travel abroad for short periods
