Job responsibilities:
To work on developing, enhancing, and maintaining Mission critical platform software. 
Support Team technically being Subject Matter Expert .
Communicate and coordinate effectively within the teams.
Build and nurture team at offshore, develop team strengths and improve upon their competency.
Lead and Motivate team on future technologies.
Support software engineering team through the execution of planned development/verification activities.
Understand the interfaces and behaviors of external software and hardware components that interact with the currently developed component.
