The Principal, Capability Evaluation & Workforce Transformation will help shape Micron’s enterprise approach to capability intelligence and workforce transformation. This role will develop scalable standards, frameworks, insights, and adoption practices that help teams make clearer decisions across workforce planning, candidate evaluation, talent development, mobility, and business transformation.
