About the Role

Job Description
This role will be responsible for working closely with the Senior Director of Business Development (Corporate Strategy) and assisting in leading and overseeing strategic planning initiatives, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and other corporate transformation endeavours. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in M&A execution, strategic planning, and corporate development. 
Lead and manage M&A activities, including due diligence, negotiation and implementation of transactions and subsequent implementation activity. 
Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive strategic plans to drive growth and profitability. 
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective delivery of a range of corporate strategy initiatives.
