**ROLE PURPOSE & SCOPE**
The Principal Associate will serve as the hands-on execution expert, focusing on the direct delivery of events, experiences, and operational activities.
This role will handle the tactical elements that transform strategic vision into tangible experiences for our Mexico team across all experience verticals:
**Primary Areas of Focus**:
- Associate Experience and culture - Design and deliver programs such as town halls, team celebrations, team buildings.
- Community Investment - Coordinate volunteer programs, partnerships and DIB initiatives to strengthen company impact internally and externally.
