This is an excellent opportunity for a resilient and proactive individual who is passionate about supporting children with behavioural and emotional needs and making a positive impact across the school environment.
The Role As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a key role within the school’s pastoral and behaviour support team, working across the school to promote positive behaviour and support pupils in overcoming barriers to learning.
Your responsibilities will include:

Responding to behaviour incidents across the school, supporting pupils in real-time
Delivering targeted behaviour interventions on a 1:1 and small group basis
