Every single ECT who we recruited last Summer has been able to work for PK Education in various schools throughout the last academic year, introducing them to Senior Leadership Teams and allowing us to receive solid feedback to add to their CV and Profiles and build their teaching portfolio.
These roles have included year-long bookings where the school have put the candidates through their ECT Inductions.
