Account Manager works on data acquisition and data processing, delivering defined reports to the clients with the highest possible quality and correctness within the fixed time frame. Account Manager supports Junior Account Managers on daily basis and is responsible for their tasks checking. Able to work independently, estimate and plan own tasks with accepted accuracy. Trains new team members. Maintains process descriptions together with Account Owner. Works with customer or non-facing support on AO activities; rate requests, rate card maintain, fuel updates, Spot quotes, invoice audit etc

1. Perform defined and assigned customer and non-customer facings support activities on behalf of the Account Owner.
2.  Identify and communicate issues / challenges with the respective Account Owner.
3. Completing assigned tasks according to deployed documentation for the enrolled accounts in scope.
