Preventive Maintenance Manager

The Preventive Maintenance Manager manages overall performance of the preventive maintenance team and plant maintenance strategies to achieve continuous and reliable operations in a safe, efficient, timely and cost effective manner and in compliance with environmental and safety requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Develops, plans, organizes, and leads comprehensive plant maintenance strategies across Corrective, Preventive, Predictive, and Proactive maintenance disciplines.
• Implements proactive maintenance methodologies—including reliability analysis, Risk-Based Maintenance, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, Equipment Criticality Analysis, and Root Cause Failure Analysis—to maximize equipment availability.
• Oversees the implementation of advanced condition monitoring activities, including vibration analysis, oil analysis, and wear measurement systems.
