Prevention Supervisor

Reporting to the Director of Winnipeg Services, as a member of the supervisory team, the Prevention Supervisor coordinates and implements the agency’s preventative child and family services for the assigned units. This includes providing guidance and support to the Prevention Workers within the Unit. Partnering with the communities that we serve to promote and deliver education and awareness programming on behalf of the agency, in a manner which is culturally appropriate. The Prevention Supervisor contributes to the development and improvement of the Prevention department’s activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage assigned Prevention staff
• Communicate program direction and provide guidance to Prevention Workers from the assigned units
