**Job Title: Press Brake Operator**
**Job Description**
Join our team and work in a modern, bright, and organized shop featuring an open-floor layout and excellent lighting. As a Press Brake Operator, you will manage your specific station or cell while collaborating closely with a skilled team.
**Responsibilities**
+ Set up and operate CNC press brakes to bend, form, and punch various grades of steel and aluminum.
+ Select, change, and align die sets and punches based on material thickness and required bend angles.
+ Read and interpret complex technical drawings, including flat pattern layouts, to determine the correct sequence of bends.
+ Use calipers, protractors, and height gauges to inspect parts after the first hit and throughout the run to ensure they meet 100% of customer specifications.
+ Manage tooling and ensure precision in operations.

+ 2+ years of press brake experience.
