Presales Manager

Overview

We are looking for a LATAM Regional ICC or BWC Presales to support our sales and technical teams across LATAM. You will play a key role in understanding regional customer requirements, developing tailored solutions, and ensuring the technical viability of projects in public safety, government, and enterprise sectors.

Responsibilities

• Define the ICC or BWC strategy for the LATAM region, acting as the main point of contact between Headquarters and LATAM countries to ensure consistent strategy and execution.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to understand customer needs and develop ICC or BWC solutions across the region.
• Support country teams by providing strategic guidance, technical input, and coordination to help close key deals and ensure successful project delivery.
