Pre/Post Sales Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Gather requirements and work closely with the sales team, vendors, and customers to ensure optimum MSP solutions are provided to our customers.
• Generate technical design, build a Bill of Materials, write scope of works and Quote MSPs.
• Use industry and product knowledge to provide technical expertise to the sales team and customers through presentations, product demonstrations and periodic updates.
• Understanding MSPs needs and collaborating with them to show how they can benefit from using our MSP tools.
• Assist with internal sales training as required.
• Stay up to date on industry and technology trends.
• Develop and maintain an extremely deep knowledge of our MSP products.
• Assist MSPs in taking full advantage of new features as they are released
• Provide technical direction and influence new and existing partners toward developing new MSP solutions.
