About the Role

Preparation Zone Operator

Are you technically skilled and passionate about food production? Are you looking for a varied role where you can work independently? We are urgently seeking a motivated Preparation Zone Operator to join our team!

What will you do?
As a Preparation Zone Operator, you play a vital role in the production process. Your responsibilities include:

  • Operating and setting up two machines that add nitrites to the meat.
  • Preparing meat mixtures, including adding sauces and other ingredients.
  • Working in a cold environment (slightly colder than refrigerator temperature, with a 5% cold premium).
  • Performing manual tasks, including cleaning workstations between production runs.
  • Following a structured system to ensure smooth production processes.
