EduTalent Group are seeking a dedicated Prep‑Prep School Teacher Assistant for September 2026. This role supports teaching in the Pre‑Prep School, helping to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment and working closely with class teachers to support young learners. This is a full‑time, permanent role in a leading British international school in Madrid.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree from a British university or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Teaching Assistant
• Knowledge of the British National Curriculum
• Experience with Phonics, early reading, and early mathematics with a mastery approach
• Native‑level English proficiency
• Ability to support individual pupils and small groups
• Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills
