For Immediate Hire: Urban Hearth is hiring dedicated and passionate line cooks to join our
June 2026 opening team. After ten years in operation, we are moving to a newly designed
space in Inman Square.
Known for innovative, thoughtfully crafted farm-to-table cuisine and exceptional hospitality,
Urban Hearth was recently included in the 2026 Michelin Guide and is owned and led by James
Beard–nominated chef Erin Miller. Our intimate 24-seat restaurant in North Cambridge is home
to a dynamic, collaborative kitchen team driven by craft, curiosity, and respect for the farms,
fisheries, and landscapes that inspire our globally influenced, hyper-seasonal menus.
