As our Prefab Manufacturing Manager, you’ll oversee the full operation of our wall panel manufacturing facility — connecting sales, design, production, and delivery to keep projects moving efficiently from concept to site installation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating structure, improving workflows, leading teams, and finding practical solutions in a fast‑paced environment.

You’ll play a key role in shaping how the shop operates day to day while helping drive quality, efficiency, and long‑term growth within the business.
