Job#: – Preconstruction Manager (4‑Month Contract, High Likelihood of Extension)

Location: Toronto, ON (occasional office days; majority remote). Travel: Up to 60% across Canada, including Alberta and Ontario.

This role supports the delivery of industrial and logistics facilities across Canada and acts as the owner’s representative during the preconstruction phase, managing projects from site selection and validation through design coordination, permitting, and contract execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage complex industrial preconstruction projects from site selection through design completion, permitting, and contract execution.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders, including Real Estate, Design Engineering, Entitlements, Construction, Finance, architects, engineers, permitting agencies, developers, and landlords.
