Salary Range: $70K - $85K Permanent Position with Benefits

Responsibilities:
Lead preconstruction services including estimating, budgeting, design coordination, and bidding

Review project scope, materials, schedules, and responsibilities

Develop value engineering solutions and proposal alternatives

Prepare and present conceptual estimates
