Precision Assembly Operative
Our client, a successful manufacturing business, is currently seeking a Precision Assembly Operative to join their team.
This is a full‑time permanent position, working in Norwich.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. Overtime is also available.
Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Ability to work with precision and attention to detail over sustained periods
- This role requires a steady hand, patience, and a commitment to maintaining high standards across repetitive tasks
- Experience with fine soldering or small component assembly
- Strong manual dexterity and hand‑eye coordination
- Proven ability to deliver consistent, high‑quality output
- A patient, focused and reliable approach to work
